Download the extension and extract the zip file anywhere on your computer.

Go to chrome://extensions and enable Developer mode (toggle in the top right corner).
Load the extension
Click Load unpacked (top left), then select the folder you just unzipped. Done — the 
icon now appears in your Chrome toolbar.
Then navigate to any LinkedIn profile's activity page, click the extension icon, and start scraping.
